I'm still doubting if you actually can combine Haki and a devil fruit ability as Haki works as a devil fruit neutraliser.

We only know it can neutralize devil fruit, I think that with a will that strong(strong haki), people can supress other peoples fruit... And i really think it can be used in combination with the users devil fruit.
