Its kinda hard to say that Sabo who is featless and inexperienced with the Mera Mera no mi is stronger than Gear 4.

Nop, Luffy always got underrated from his opponent and fanbase because his stupid nature, but you will see what Luffy capable soon enough. :yeah:

Imo , Luffy is about to defeat Doffy right? Meaning he will go up one tier. Sabo is one tier above Doffy. In otherwords , Luffy and Sabo will be in same tier. So this could go iether way. Sabo still has to perfect mera mera , and Luffy still has to perfect G4. I believe thier equals atm.
