Kirin stood upon the battlefield, the wind sweeping across the grass like a silent spectator, as his opponent made his way towards him, stopping mid range. A smile would creep along Kirin's face as he looked upon his soon to be opponent. This man, Natsu, had shown him a way of battle that he could never find against another and Kirin was hooked

"Natsu....Your abilities have been on my mind since we last fought. I welcome this rematch with vigorous joy."

As the words leave his mouth, Kirin would bolt forward in order to close the distance. At 5 meters, Kirin would simultaneously leap upwards and bring his feet up to collide with Natsu's chest, as well as activating his Byakugan. The smile on his face grew eerily wider as he commenced his attack.

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Jonin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

Natsu, while maintaining eye contact with his foe, would activate his cosmic shinkaigan. As that happens, Natsu would step 1m to his right side (ff dodge) avoiding his foe's kick. Happy, who is sat on Natsu's shoulder, calls forth the miasma of energy that is the void creating a wave to wash over their foe at the same time. This would be earth in nature and empowered by the chaos of the void. Happy starts boasting, "Happy is the greatest ninja to ever live!" while laughing. Natsu on the other hand reaches into his pouch pulling out a rice ball forcing Happy to eat it. Happy almost chokes as he's mid laugh.

Description: The Shinkaigan (深海), or the Abyssal Eyes and the Eyes of the Abyss, is the Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai that appears in the Voidseers. Two conditions must be met to awaken the Shinkaigan. The first is that one must become Void-touched; this is achieved when one becomes Void-touched. The second is by gaining sufficient knowledge of the Shinkaigan and the Voidseer’s innate abilities. This is a key characteristic of the Shinkaigan, noted by Solomon to be “eyes of knowledge” rather than “eyes of trauma,” making it distinct from the Sharingan. The Shinkaigan possesses a unique connection to the Void itself. Its abilities exist in both space and time separately. This comes to be because the Void exists both as a separate dimension and a state in time. Rewinding the clocks far enough would cause everything in the universe to eventually converge onto the Void. The Shinkaigan is the only way one can view the Void directly, peering into it to gain intimate knowledge of the inner workings of the universe as it is today. Description: The Cosmic Shinkaigan (深海), or the Cosmic Abyssal Eyes is the advanced Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai that appears in the Voidseers. The conditions to advance the Shinkaigan to its Cosmic level continue to build on the concept of the “eyes of knowledge.” The Cosmic Shinkaigan significantly improves the user’s visual prowess, extending the reach and accuracy of their perceptive abilities. The user becomes able to see up to two landmarks from their position in the Ninja World, significantly increasing their reach from the Abyssal Eyes. Meanwhile their visual acuity is enhanced dramatically, vastly improving their tracking capabilities by 6x their base. It is said that the Cosmic level signify the pinnacle of the user’s insight into the Cosmos, but it is more likely that they are simply better attuned to the Void than they would be otherwise. Once they have mastered their abilities a Cosmic Shinkaigan user becomes able to specialize in either the Shinkaigan’s Spatial or Temporal powers, pursuing a line of abilities they unlock as their proficiency with the Cosmic Shinkaigan increases. As a Shinkaigan user has innately greater mastery over their abilities and knowledge of the Void they gain an intrinsic 50% Insanity Resistance.

Because of its unpredictable nature, Shimmering Depths inherits random elemental weaknesses and strengths. It also gains a 33% chance to randomly increase its damage potential by nothing, 20, and 40 respectively. Experiencing Shimmering Depths directly, meaning sensing it through either one of the primary senses, or through an extrasensory means, causes one to suffer from a 5 Sanity reduction. Shimmering Depths can be used six times per battle, with a single turn between usage.

Description: The Tenseigan (転生眼, Literally meaning: Reincarnation Eye) is a powerful dōjutsu utilized by the Ōtsutsuki clan. The combination of the Byakugan and the chakra of an Ōtsutsuki clan member can evolve the Byakugan into the Tenseigan, resulting in the loss of the Byakugan's quasi-omnidirectional and distanced vision.The Tenseigan allows the user to control both attractive and repulsive forces, similar to the Rinnegan's Deva Path. The user's eyes are on the same level as the Mangekyou Sharingan in terms of tracking and chakra perception. Additionally, it also grants the wielder the ability to use Tenseigan Chakra Mode; gaining additional increases in speed, agility and power.
Note: Requires activation (spending move) for Otsutsuki bios but remains active indefinitely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Otsutsuki bio with Tenseigan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. User needs to have activated Byakugan before and had it active for 1 full turn.
Note: Toneri is unable to deactivate his upon it's activation, becoming his default eye state.
Note: When active, the user loses all access to Byakugan related abilities and instead gains Tenseigan effects.

(Doton: Koka no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Hardening Technique

Description: The user releases a burst of earth chakra from all over his body. As he does this, a multitude of rock seemingly grows from his skin, forming a large, dense armour or rock much bigger and bulkier than the users original size. The armour can be manipulated and used to create extendable weapons to strike a target with like rudimentary swords or hammers. The downside is that the user cannot mold techniques from other elements a part from earth while sustaining the armor. The armor can be manifested in only specific parts of the body if the user so chooses.

Followed up with a more clearer voice, echoing through his left ear. A voice very familiar to him, as it was in fact his own voice. His inner most thoughts were being broadcast to him through some unseen cosmic force.

Kirin, that was amazing! He was so threatened by your kick he had to avoid it! You have him on the ropes! Hes clinging for dear life! Are you thinking what I am thinking B1?

This one was his own voice, so he knew he wouldn't lie to himself. "You know, I think I am B2! Lets kick this fight up a gear!" He said this out loud as his hands reached down to legs, releasing the clasps of his weights so they fell to the ground in a cloud of dust.

"Natsu! Let's the 4 of us have more fun!"

As he said this, he would dissapear from infront of Natsu, reappearing behind him in a flicker, his leg already in the motion to kick Natsu, right in his side in order to send him flying across the field a few meters.

Description: The Leg Weights used for Special Taijutsu Training with Added Weights are made through the application of a sealing formula to ordinary leg weights. The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinitely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.

Description: The Tenseigan (転生眼, Literally meaning: Reincarnation Eye) is a powerful dōjutsu utilized by the Ōtsutsuki clan. The combination of the Byakugan and the chakra of an Ōtsutsuki clan member can evolve the Byakugan into the Tenseigan, resulting in the loss of the Byakugan's quasi-omnidirectional and distanced vision.The Tenseigan allows the user to control both attractive and repulsive forces, similar to the Rinnegan's Deva Path. The user's eyes are on the same level as the Mangekyou Sharingan in terms of tracking and chakra perception. Additionally, it also grants the wielder the ability to use Tenseigan Chakra Mode; gaining additional increases in speed, agility and power.
Note: Requires activation (spending move) for Otsutsuki bios but remains active indefinitely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Otsutsuki bio with Tenseigan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. User needs to have activated Byakugan before and had it active for 1 full turn.
Note: Toneri is unable to deactivate his upon it's activation, becoming his default eye state.
Note: When active, the user loses all access to Byakugan related abilities and instead gains Tenseigan effects.

Description: The user releases a burst of earth chakra from all over his body. As he does this, a multitude of rock seemingly grows from his skin, forming a large, dense armour or rock much bigger and bulkier than the users original size. The armour can be manipulated and used to create extendable weapons to strike a target with like rudimentary swords or hammers. The downside is that the user cannot mold techniques from other elements a part from earth while sustaining the armor. The armor can be manifested in only specific parts of the body if the user so chooses.

Followed up with a more clearer voice, echoing through his left ear. A voice very familiar to him, as it was in fact his own voice. His inner most thoughts were being broadcast to him through some unseen cosmic force.

This one was his own voice, so he knew he wouldn't lie to himself. "You know, I think I am B2! Lets kick this fight up a gear!" He said this out loud as his hands reached down to legs, releasing the clasps of his weights so they fell to the ground in a cloud of dust.

"Natsu! Let's the 4 of us have more fun!"

As he said this, he would dissapear from infront of Natsu, reappearing behind him in a flicker, his leg already in the motion to kick Natsu, right in his side in order to send him flying across the field a few meters.

Description: This is a passive jutsu used in the same time as a carbon cj. This outlines what allotropes of carbon is formed and the effect it carries due to that allotropes. Carbon has several allotropes, or different forms in which it can exist. These allotropes include graphite and diamond, which have very different properties. As outlined within the element the following can be made with the following effects:

Graphite is the only non-metal element that is a good conductor of electricity. In RP terms, this allows carbon that is formed as graphite to conduct electricity. Forming it in this way will remove it's weakness to lightning, allowing it to play on neutral terms to lightning based elements. Because it is a solid material, it is known as a dry lubricant. This is useful in applications where “wet” lubricants, such as oil, cannot be used. This allows the user to make carbon sticky and to stick to an object or person.

Lonsdaleite, also called hexagonal diamond, has been widely used as a marker of asteroidal impacts. It is thought to play a central role during the graphite-to-diamond transformation, and calculations suggest that it possesses mechanical properties superior to diamond. This being one of the hardest forms of carbon increases the damage and defensive capabilities of carbon by +1 rank or +20 damage to S ranks and above.

Carbon Nanotubes: CNTs can act as antennas for radios and other electromagnetic devices. Conductive CNTs are used in brushes for commercial electric motors. They replace traditional carbon black. The nanotubes improve electrical and thermal conductivity because they stretch through the plastic matrix of the brush. Carbon created with this form releases signals from it, interfering with any technology. These waves are released short range around the carbon (5m). This essentially prevents any technology from working within range of the carbon.

Reality Rift is a honed version of Shimmering Depths, affording the user significantly greater control over the Void and Chaos. While it is manifested at the user’s eye the yare able to shape the energy with far greater versatility, using it as a sword, stream, projectile, or other shapes the user might require in a specific instance. Because of its unpredictable nature, Reality Rift inherits random elemental weaknesses and strengths. It also gains a 50% chance to randomly increase its damage by 20 or 30. Experiencing Reality Rift directly, meaning sensing it through either one of the primary senses, or through extrasensory means, causes one to suffer from a 10 Sanity reduction. Spatial specialists are able to apply an advanced use of Reality Rift whereby they make an additional roll that grants the technique a 33% chance to adopt neutral strengths and weaknesses, regardless of the original Chaos roll, cause the opponent’s next technique to adopt random basic strengths and weaknesses (if applicable), or heal the user for forty Health Points. Happy finally caught his breathe as he attacked their foe, swollowing what's left of the rice ball... but now he really wanted to feed Natsu. He pulled a fish out of his pack and tried to force it into Natsu's mouth. Natsu tried to force it back into Happy's. They were determined to feed the other while they foe dealt with their attacks.

Shōkibo - Small Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to short range. The offensive power in this size is not that high as it hits opponents but can still do severe damage. It isn't, however, fatal, boasting a physical 40 damage. If the user focuses this ability with the help of his hands he can sustain a defensive absolute repulsive field around him. He can't, however, do any technique while he is sustaining it and he can only sustain it for 2 turns. Once used, takes one turn cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Chūkibo - Medium Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to mid range. The offensive power in this size is severe, sending opponents flying backwards with enough force to, if not defended properly, leave near fatal physical damage. Although not directly fatal, the technique boasts a physical damage of 80. If the user focuses this ability through one or both hands, he can push away a specific target or technique alone, instead of producing the normal omni-repulsive wave. Once used, takes 2 turns cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Ōkibo - Large Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to long range. The offensive power of the technique is devastating and anything in its path that doesn't manage to defend properly is left obliterated. Its fatal if unguarded, boasting a physical damage of 160. Using this techniques poses a great deal of danger to the user as he damages his chakra pathway itself to be able to mold sufficient chakra to perform it. Once used, the user loses the use any gravitational related techniques for the remainder of the fight and is unable to mold chakra for techniques above A-Rank for 5 turns.
Note: The technique is immune to normal Elemental Weaknesses and Strengths and as such can't be blocked or stopped. However, the enemies can still use techniques that prevent or reduce physical damage to their bodies to survive its effects or escape its range through a fast enough technique. This means that in the large scale, while the technique can't be stopped or directly countered, enemies can still manage to survive if they logically counter.
Note: Can only be used by Tenseigan Bios.

Kirin had developed the crippling fear of heights, and he wasnt in any state to figurte out why or when, all he could think was that he needed to be returned to earth as quick as he could. Gathering his chakra, and placing his hand on himself, he used his earth specialisation to increase his own weight 10 times.

One interesting side effect of the technique is that when its used on wood based techniques (such as Zetsu's spore clones or normal wood), the infusion of large amounts of earth chakra into it will actually petrify the target in addition to increasing its weight. A similar effect can be achieved in other earthen materials such as mud. The user can also add weight to a given attack (if feasible) to increase both momentum and impact force, effectively adding damage to it.
Note: The weight change lasts 2 turns or until countered.

And while he was sure he would be sore after the collision, he could care less. He just need to reach the ground quicker then he should, the earth was the safest he could be. Crashing down in a 3-point land, his screaming died down into a small nervous chuckle, before becoming a boisterous laughter that spreads out across the destruction surrounding him.

"Wha t actu fck!" Happy tried to scream choking on the rice ball frantically trying to break free from Natsu's grip. The way was 2m away when he finally broke free by spitting left over rice into Natsu's face. Natsu let go of him with Happy scurrying onto Natsu's back for shelted.

"Ah crap... wait... no... shit.... That's it! I've got this! I'll show you just how strong I really..." he was boasting as he surged yang chakra through his body ready to tank the attack. His words cut short by the impact as he was pushed flying back to long range as dust and rubble scattered all over.

Natsu in his rage bolted forwards at full speed, rushing towards his foe, leaping at them aiming to punch them in the face with all his might. Happy once again clinging onto Natsu would look at their foe using the shinkaigan to unleash a deadly dragon the go under them and attack from below from the left side. Natsu knew he needed to stop Happy feeding her as she was a pretty girl and wanted to watch her figure.

Kirin would be laughing as he expanded and begin to roll, even before he realized that Natsu was already in front of him. It seems he didn't have to meet him halfway for the clash, Natsu was more then capable to bring it solely to Kirin. Kirin's laughter echoed from his spinning form as he is bombarded by his enemies attacks.

He would continue to laugh as he was sent flying and crashing along the ground, his jutsu currently undone.

Description: This is based upon the Hung Ga style of Chinese martial arts and the five animals representing the five basic elements. Lightning will causing numbing for one turn, fire will cause burning, wind will cause shredding and slicing, earth will cause tremendous bone-breaking power and water will soak in a high density causing irregular breathing.

Description: This is the basic creation technique of Breakdown Release. The user will combine their Yang with Fire Release to create a Breakdown Release technique. This can be released from the users body, formed out of their chakra in the air or from the ground. If formed out of the air or ground it must be 5m away from an opponent, unless the user himself is within that range. From there the user will create anything he can imagine; ranging from simple waves, pulses, streams, to shapes as intricate as weapons, houses, creatures, etc,. Due to being composed of Yang chakra, it will cost 40 chakra for a B rank then increasing by 10 chakra per rank. When releasing this jutsu the user will chose to apply the Degenerative or Regenerative effects. The Degenerative effects only apply to enemies of the user, while the Regenerative effects only apply to the allies of the user. These effects are outlined as followed:

Degenerative:
  • B Rank: Prevent the use of F rank jutsu, reducing the target's current speed by 20%
  • A Rank: Prevent the use of S rank jutsu & above, reducing the target's current speed by 30%
  • S Rank: Prevent the use of A rank jutsu and above, reducing the target's current speed by 40%
Regenerative:
  • B Rank: Heal up to 30, x1.5 speed, -10 damage, +10 tai
  • A-Rank: Heal up to 50, x2 speed, -15 damage, +15 tai
  • S-Rank: Heal up to 80, x2.5 speed, -30 damage, +20 tai
This technique, being semi sentient, will only harm those who the user perceives as enemies, where the flames will simply pass over their allies. The flames of breakdown will always damage the enemies of the user regardless of which effects are applied.

Note: For B rank and below, the user will use hand gestures to form the jutsu, for A rank the user will need to perform two hand seals, S rank will require three hand seals. A rank can be used once per turn up to 4 times per battle, S rank can be used three times per battle with two turns between uses and no Breakdown jutsu above A rank in the following turn with all effects lasting 3 turns.

( Go Animaru Go Soshi Genkotsu ) - Five Animal Five Element Fist

Description: This is based upon the Hung Ga style of Chinese martial arts and the five animals representing the five basic elements. The user strikes the opponent with five punches, each charged with one of the five basic elements. This is a highly advanced skill that adds the effects from the elemental additions of the chakra being added to the punches. Lightning will causing numbing for one turn, fire will cause burning, wind will cause shredding and slicing, earth will cause tremendous bone-breaking power and water will soak in a high density causing irregular breathing.

Description: This is the basic creation technique of Breakdown Release. The user will combine their Yang with Fire Release to create a Breakdown Release technique. This can be released from the users body, formed out of their chakra in the air or from the ground. If formed out of the air or ground it must be 5m away from an opponent, unless the user himself is within that range. From there the user will create anything he can imagine; ranging from simple waves, pulses, streams, to shapes as intricate as weapons, houses, creatures, etc,. Due to being composed of Yang chakra, it will cost 40 chakra for a B rank then increasing by 10 chakra per rank. When releasing this jutsu the user will chose to apply the Degenerative or Regenerative effects. The Degenerative effects only apply to enemies of the user, while the Regenerative effects only apply to the allies of the user. These effects are outlined as followed:

Degenerative:
  • B Rank: Prevent the use of F rank jutsu, reducing the target's current speed by 20%
  • A Rank: Prevent the use of S rank jutsu & above, reducing the target's current speed by 30%
  • S Rank: Prevent the use of A rank jutsu and above, reducing the target's current speed by 40%
Regenerative:
  • B Rank: Heal up to 30, x1.5 speed, -10 damage, +10 tai
  • A-Rank: Heal up to 50, x2 speed, -15 damage, +15 tai
  • S-Rank: Heal up to 80, x2.5 speed, -30 damage, +20 tai
This technique, being semi sentient, will only harm those who the user perceives as enemies, where the flames will simply pass over their allies. The flames of breakdown will always damage the enemies of the user regardless of which effects are applied.

Note: For B rank and below, the user will use hand gestures to form the jutsu, for A rank the user will need to perform two hand seals, S rank will require three hand seals. A rank can be used once per turn up to 4 times per battle, S rank can be used three times per battle with two turns between uses and no Breakdown jutsu above A rank in the following turn with all effects lasting 3 turns.

Kirin felt the first punch strike him in the back, the force was ferocious like a crashing wave, the next hit burned like lava. Mustering up on instinct he released a pitiful amount of chakra to release an armor of earth in a last ditch effort of defense. Just in time as the next strike cracked and crumbled his armor like nothing, the last two being an electrifying strike and a punch that made him feel like a hurricane pushed directly into his back.

Description: This Technique coats the users body with stones, making them much more resistant to attacks, at the cost of their speed. Whilst using this technique, the user can even change their appearance, but once the technique is either defeated or worn off the users original appearance is shown. The user whilst in this armor is resistant to B-rank Ninjutsu techniques, but is vulnerable to Raiton.

His coughed up blood, alot of blood as the strikes finished, and before he could gather any form or bearing, the onslaught from infront of him crashed into him and sent him flying backwards. Falling limp on the ground as his eyes glazed over and blood trickled from the corner of his mouth.
