His automatic defense should be able to deal with Zabuza's blind-side decapitation or Haku's senbon attacks. As for his offense, Gaara should be able to sense them with his sand. Gaara may be blinded due to the mist, but it's not like he's limited to his eyesight here. What's worse is that the more this fight goes on, the better Gaara's chances are since he'll just get more and more sand. Gaara's sand is actually very hard to parry - I don't think Zabuza can pull it off (at least Part 2 Gaara).
