Garp and Sengoku fought Shiki ''equal''? Luffy > Shiki bring me hell, but my point actualy is we can't say that Garp > Rayleigh... we havent seen anything from Garp just yet and Rayleigh fought with Kizaru without much effort.... Are you implying prime Garp and Sengoku are weaker than pre-skip Luffy?
