Rayleigh is like an older Shanks and I'd imagine Garp = Gol D. Roger.

I really like Garp but I'm goin' with the Dark King on this one. He's got amazing Haki skills.

Garp rapes all three former Admirals
Rayleigh is too old and I don't think a vize cud beat the strongest Marine-Soldier ..
and Rayleigh is only Admiral level.

lol you beat me to it. yeah both are prolly the same age.

right now i think Garp is also an admiral level. since he got old.

i dont know how good of a haki user Garp is but hes def strong and fast.

as of now we saw how good Reyleigh is with haki. him and Shanks are the best haki users alive. So Ima go with Reyleigh. But it's def a close fight.

I am going to go with Garp. He was once Rogers rival and played with the big boys. He`s been active marine all these years while Rayleigh hadn`t picked up his sword for over 20 years until he fought with Kizaru. And Garp was confident he would murder Akainu if Sengoku wouldn`t hold him down.
