[VS] Garp and Dragon Vs Roger and Shanks

The timeline of these fights are vague. It could be like Luffy vs Smoker. Smoker mopped the floor with Luffy at the beginning, but now Luffy stomps smoker.

And no, WB was said to be the strongest man alive after Roger’s death. Not Garp or anyone else. That alone says that Roger>WB>Garp

I always saw that statement as a sign of respect about their history. Power levels fluctuate all the time. But the fact is that one person was stated to be equal to pirate king Roger and that was WB.

... and Garp. "Killed each other countless times". IF they attempted to kill each other and both failed COUNTLESS times, then it means they're equal.

Not for nothing but you're putting the same weight on the words said by Buggy as the words said by Roger directly. Roger said, "the two of us have nearly killed each other so many times" to me the fact that "so many times" is included implies they've fought multiple times but neither was able to get the edge for a solid victory, sometimes Garp can make Roger flee, sometimes Roger pushed back Garp.

I think its a toss up between Prime Roger and Prime Garp. Both are Monsters!!!

But on the other hand..... Shanks is only a threat to the Marines, Dragon, on the other hand, is a threat to the entire World Government. By scaling the level of danger each on is on the verse, I would probaly say that Dargon would take that one.

Becuase of that I am going with Garp and Dragon.
