It's the production of the material that is expensive. Compared to the number of CDs produced and sold, the individual cost of each CD is far far less than the selling cost.

Haha dude I tried to sell my Skyrim copy in really good condition and the max they would pay for it was 1.99 francs (close to same exchange rate as US dollar). So yeah Gamestop are pretty damn cheap.

It is used and people are buying online. Game stores is losing bussiness. Redbox killed Rental Stores such as Blockbuster.

well dude... this is what i know: the games that you look in the website are suppose to be bought THROUGH THE WEBSITE ... not from the store... this means that if it says that it's available that game FROM THE WEBSITE , this means that is ONLY available from the website (ONLINE) not from the store.

Lol gamestop has always been cheap with their return/exchange policy. It's like as soon as your out of the store the value drops by 80% and that money is completely forfeited after opening the game. Reason why I wait for games to be played on Youtube to avoid getting a dud just to realize I don't like it. I do think they should give better return value but with amazon, gamefly, steam, etc. I can see Gamestop business doing poorly, well at least their online business. Although the pre-order benefits from gamestop is nice-ish (a poster, t-shirt, game case, whatever does seem nice).

Right there a month u waited a month so of course u got screwed cuz u screwed urself it's 7 days and best by it used so u can get a good deal
