If I die either Hell or bling kai is kira. Hell led everyone into killing an important task force member and I voted for bling kai and if he is kira he might kill me off.

That happens all the time thats not concrete evidence. Also I voted hated because he was a suspect not because he'll said.

Only way you know who Kira is is to kill the suspects that's how the game works.

Kira who was Bling Kai died from massive Blood Loss.

HashiraMadara died from a Heart Attack. HashiraMadara was the Shinigami.

The Death Note passes on to Naomi.
