My suspicion is on Naruko or Lonely but I am not sure Naruko would have put such quotes.

Kira knew people will not easily get play in the first session of the game to believe the hint is true and directly vote for the possible target. For all intention and purpose, Kira tried to trick people into believing innocent people as Kira when it was true afterall. Bcus the game will be easy and end prematurely for join-in players.
