I have a 360, so I dont know the entire ps3 library, but some games (multi platform) that have great stories and gameplay are:
*Darksiders (havent played the 2nd yet)
*Transformers War for Cybertron (great story if your a fan of the 80's cartoon show, and I imagine the sequel is just as good)
*Bioshock (amazing game, story is rich and tons of replay value)

Im sure there are more, but the only other ones I could recommend are 360 only, so your on your own after these.
