Game Reccomendations

Hey all,

For a maths assignment in my school, I'm looking for a game which has these random encounters that I can record, in order to analyze them with probability distributions and whatnot.

My main problem is finding a game that has alot of collectible data, I thought of using Pokemon, just collecting data of the Wild Pokemon you find, but it seems too juvenile for my grade. I also thought of using Borderlands 2, and collecting data on the weapons that drop.

If you guys have any recommendations for games like such, where I can find large amounts of data, I would highly appreciate it.

PS4/PC/3DS are the consoles I have, and thanks in advance to anyone who replies!

I would say Destiny,
After game drops,
Enemy drops,
Chest drops.
Etc

Destiny, Pokemon, Final Fantasy 1 & 7, Dragon Quest, Chrono Series, Kingdom hearts all have either Random Drops, or Random Encounters.

There is a free MMORPG that's called Maplestory. You can go around killing low ranking monsters and collect data on how many drops per kill, and what they drop specifically. There is a overall list of items that each monster can drop, and not everything drops the same. You could also collect data on "critical hits" Thats when the damage you do to a monster becomes red, indicating a critical hit, which means you'd hit higher than normal.
