Game of Thrones vs Star Wars

Stumbled upon this just now, and despite the fact that I've been a tad down for the past few days, it actually had me chuckling at certain parts.

Anyways, felt like sharing, since this is actually one of the very few ''X vs Y'' comps that I've seen which was actually quite balanced. Not to mention the fact that I greatly enjoy both series, which made he comp even more enjoyable.

In any case, for the sake of discussion, I guess I'll include a question and a poll alongside it: Which series do you prefer, Game of Thrones, or Star Wars?

Personally, I'm leaning towards GoT. Saying that Jar Jar didn't play a part in me reaching that conclusion wouldn't exactly be a lie.

Edit: Just to make sure, for those who haven't caught up with Game of Thrones yet, there might be some spoilers in the posts below.

Edit2: I guess the same applies for those who haven't seen Star Wars, but honestly, if this applies to you, it's really your own damn fault.

I like star wars, but only the original trilogy and knights of the old republic. I feel as though star wars franchise has been ruined to a degree to be honest.

Dude that shit was fking hilarious. I am a big fan of both Game of thrones and starwars. I actually like Game of thrones more, due to better acting, better story, more insane plot twists, and much more mature themes. I also love starwars tho don't get me wrong, mainly for its universe

Two different genres and styles. I don't understand the GoT hype so much, but I think it's still great.

Star Wars just has this strange sense of fantasy that has me coming back, despite its many flaws.

GoT fo sho. One, its got my bae Danaerys in it. Two, I only liked the original trilogy of Star Wrs. George Lucas fvcked up hard after that. Three, GoT has got characters with a mix of every shade, unlike SW which is a basic good v evil story, imo. Four, my niqqa Tyrion.

GoT, Star Wars is a good series of movies but even though I like Star Wars I wasn't a big Star Wars nerd. GoT is just overall amazing, my favorite show to date and one of the greatest shows created
