This the most "calm" episode of the season so far. I'm glad that Sansa and Jon still met as I was fearing they just would have missed each other. But omg Tormund! His face the moment Brienne rode into Castle Black, like he found his soulmate!

Poor Tonks Osha, though you got to give it to the actor who plays Ramsey. He's doing an excellent job, however those schemes of his are rather risky. For the same money Osha would have succeeded in killing him and it's not the first time he does something like this.

And as I figured the point of Dany in Vaes Dothrak was to gain the biggest cavalry in existence. Didn't expect her to burn all their khals though, it was awesome.

People are always saying of how they hate Jeoffry, Ramsey and the High Sparrow, but to me it's Robert Arryn that annoys me the most. Poor ser Royce.

Also Sofie Turner's acting really has improved. At the start of the series I didn't find her particularly good, her words felt emotionless and shaky, but now they really have strength and confidence behind them.

Next week's episode trailer, it's going to be a blast:

Sansa will confront Littlefinger, can't wait how that will turn out and I think Brandon will have some kind of out of body experience, that he can view what is exactly happening outside while he is in his trance rather than the earlier flashbacks. We're also gonna have the Kingsmoot on the Iron Islands, meaning we're going to see Crow's Eye again. The most interesting part though was that interaction in Mereen between Varys and the woman, wasn't she the person that made some predictions for Dany at the feast when she arrived in Qarth?
Thanks for trailer. So Sansa will meet littlefinger but question is how and where they are so far away. Also would he bring army together with him .Is it possible that Ramsey would face both wildings and vale soliders (there is also third option that Umbers would betray Ramsey but I dont think so).

Vale and Dorne are only 2 kingdoms that didnt participate in wars so far but now both kingdoms would join.

So white walkers are coming I am glad that we would see them. It looks like white walker can actually see Bren and Meera Reed is trying to wake him (Call him back ) so maybe white walker did something to Bran.

Kingsmooth meeting would probably follow a feast for crows book events. I hope wee see Victarion but I have fealing they wont show him thats Euron time to shine.

That's a body double.

ot; Great episode as always, this season really is shaping out to be great.

Glad I wasn't right about Jon leaving before Sansa came. Osha was a good character, RIP.

Finally got to see the pink letter, and they read it out loud which was pretty neat. Dany being badass again, burning all those guys alive, I guess she is truly immune to fire, and not just because of the blood magic.
The fire naked part was her double emalia doesn't do naked scenes for GoT anymore
She has a clause in her contract which says that she doesn't have to be naked, I guess she decided she wants to after all.
In her latest interview, emilia confirmed that was her. "All natural", a true beauty. :sigar:

Emilia Clarke-

That was her about this episode so that's really her naked.
Exactly, she's so sexy and she know it. :ls:

I don't remember such consistency of great episodes of Game of Thrones in the past seasons, there were always cool down episodes in all shows. This may prove to be the best season yet, Sansa and Littlefinger will meet and Sansa will seek the aid of the Vale, I don't believe we saw House Arryn banners in the previews of the battle to come so I'm assuming he will purchase her sell swords.

At first I thought Bran was watching the Nights King in the past but it seems to be something presently happening, the Night King seeing him is very interesting. Hopefully we'll get to see the vast number of dead they currently have, probably would look something like a Dothraki horde size wise, I doubt there will be any dialogue between Bran and the Nights King though. I have a feeling if the Nights King actually speaks it would be High Valyrian for some reason.

I don't know how the Kings Moot will go, although Yara Greyjoy has Theon in her corner I doubt that would be any help to her considering he was a ward and I'm sure they all know what happened to him at the hands of Ramsay.

That woman is the new Red Priestess that was to be introduced in Danaerys' storyline, that's interesting what you're saying. If I'm correct you're implying she was the woman who spoke to Dany in Qarth with the mask covering her face, could be a recasting.

Well I think it's pretty clear that Littlefinger and Sansa are meeting each other at Castle Black as you can see a lot of snow outside and a wooden structure. It also makes the most sense as where else could they meet? And I doubt Littlefinger has an army with him, in fact that should be flat-out impossible as winter has come. Last season Stannis' army had already enough difficulty to go from the Wall to Winterfall, let alone that an army from the Vale would have been able to reach the Wall that fast. Most likely Littlefinger went with only a handful of men to protect him so that he could travel fast. It's even questionable if a Vale army would be present at all in the North as Littlefinger has been scheming and betraying people the entire series. Seriously I wonder what his goal now is, so that he again turns his ship is very well possible.

Not really sure how Dorne still can involve themselves unless they're actually planning to go up against King's Landing itself. Their motivation is revenge for Oberyn, Elia, Elia's children and potentially Rhaeger. But who are they going to support? Against who are they going to war? In the books Elia's son survived and he was trying to enforce his claim on the Iron Throne, so there was a chance Dorne was going to support him, but in the series his character doesn't exist, well not yet at least but I doubt they are going to add him.

Quite simple really if the dorne do attack it's easy the tyrell army is at KL they take all the tyrell lands and begin to march in KL or fight them in the field

Or like in the war with the Targaryens in the world of Westoros book they sends tons of assassins to KL

Only way they can lose is to attack dorne has never lost on their home turf not even against the Targaryens

The point is what do the Dornishmen hope to accomplish? During the Rebellion the Tyrell's were on the side of the Targaryens along with the Dornishmen. Dorne doesn't really have a reason to attack Highgarden other than that they are allied with the Lannisters, but then again Dorne didn't intervene at all during the recent wars, so they can't really blame them for that. Attacking Higharden would likely only strengthen the union between the Tyrells and the Lannisters.

And I think we scratch the assassin's as if revenge is what they seek, they're not going to get the satisfaction from assassins. It's also contradictory to the Sand Serpents and most Dornishmen intentions as the reason to hire assassins, is to avoid getting the blame for the murder (at least officially). They really didn't have to kill Doran Martel and his son if they just were planning to send assassins. No they want to do this personally.

Actually it's not so much that have never lost, but more that they didn't fought in the first place. Well at least not agains the Targareans as instead of assembling an army they fled, even leaving their cities completely empty. If there is no one, then how can you fight? Also if I remember correctly Dorne was subdued at one point, but they immediately rebelled or something. Dornish are rather sneaky fellows.

I saw some screenshots of the next episode (that don't appear in the trailer) and it seems Bran is going to have more visions than just the one about the Night's King as there's a screenshot of several Children of the Forest in a green environment. I would be so excited if this would be a flash-back of the Pact of the Isle of Faces; even all the additional literature that has appeared about the history of Westeros is extremely vague about the early time periods.
