I don't read the books, but I know enough that they won't kill Snow. Not someone as central as him. At least not yet.

Ser Barristan and Jon Snow?! DANG IT! I actually really liked them. Other than Ned
this is, for me, the two I wanted least to be killed. I didn't like Robb that much, but the way
he was killed irked me a lot too.
