Game of Thrones or Vikings?

First at all, I love both series, Vikings has amazing characters like Ragnar and Ivar and GoT amazing characters like Daenerys and Jon Snow. It's very hard to choose between theme.
I love the way how GoT start and the way how Dany and Jon get an amazing character development and a several shocked scenes. Vikings on the other hand lost hype after Ragnar dead but Ivar is more than psyho gothic character
In terms of storyline I think that GoT is a way better but in term of characters Vikings take this

Whats it about? I wanna watch it if its anything like GOT or Vikings.

OT: Like you said Ragnar was the lifeline of Vikings. I didn't even see the episodes he dies in coz i knew he was gonna die so i quit it there. So i'd go with GOT. If they kill John snow now, it'll probably be same as Vikings so i hope he doesn't die, not till last season at least.

I have to agree. GOT is better story wise but the characters in Vikings are more likable. The only problem is that Ragnar is gone and Ivar is tearing his family apart.

I mean, don't let my opinion sway you. Try it. Everybody who watched it say it was good and one of the best shows. But for me, it wasn't.
