- Sand Snake fight scene was disappointing because it was rushed and horribly executed, those girls in book are nothing to joke about in combat.
- Cersie had become a total idiot and is assuring her own downfall by Relying on religious fanatics but if you think about it relying on religious fanatics have always worked out well throughout real history.
- my heart really aches for Sansa, the torture and abuse she has endured is overwhelming but her being rapped is too much.
- Arya stark is ready!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I agree on the Sand Serpents. In the books they are portrayed as almost literally being poisonous vipers-courtisanes. In the series they looked like airheads with no spirit.
yeah I saw on Internet that fans are very upset about that, but what they expect it was their first night so that was expected. That Loras trial was great and sh1t storm is about to come. Not to mention part in Dorne that was great too.
And also Ser Jorah and Tyrion and Arya Stark part was good 10/10 I would say.
Yeah me too since she is my favorite charachter
Yeah I am not upset about Sansa but I hope Stannis will kill Bolton´s and take North.
I reed first 2 books and I am waiting for my supplier (he order them) to buy them,so O am not familiar with those girls and based on internet source Jaime actually didn´t go to Dorne at all.
I can't speak for the ones who only watch the series, but that does not happen in the books. As I've read all the books, so far I was never shocked when something drastic like the Red Wedding occurred as I already was expecting it.
Sansa's rape however gave me a serious uppercut for the first time as it does not appear in the books and I assume it's like that for many people who also read them. The scene happens, however the girl that's the victim is Jeyne Poole, the daughter of one of Eddard Stark's men who died in King's Landing. She was also there, however they spared her and she had to pretend to be Arya Stark afterwards so that she could be wed to Ramsey and reinforce their position in the North. During the wedding night then the scene as is depicted in TV series occurs. In fact I think it was even more gruesome as I recall Ramsey giving Theon the command of 'preparing' the bride.
In the books she is currently still in the Vale where Littlefinger was planning to let her marry with a popular and young knight of the Vale who is next in line after Rober Arryn to become the Lord of the Vale. He was already making a grandiose description of how he would reveal her true identity and make the Vale support the Starks. The guy is such a smooth talker he is even getting to me in real life as I was thinking that finally Sansa would neither be the naive, spoiled girl she was at the beginning nor the powerless girl at the mercy of the people of the court in King's Landing and finally would become "strong"...
...and then this happens in the TV series >.<
