Terrain: Pretty much the river location Madara and Hashirama met. decent sized river, stones lining the bank of said river, grassland between the river bank and a forest a little ways away. both sides pretty much mirror image of each other.
We start mid range of one another on opposite sides of the river.

Chaser stood on the river bank, the hard stones pressing into the soles of his boots. Irritating was the word that sprang to mind, they were a constant ache to his feet, he was decided whether to move forward onto the water or move backwards onto the grass. Before he could decide a man in a blue hood, similar to Chaser's own red cape, appeared before him on the opposite side of the river. Instinct took over as he jumped back several feet onto the grass behind him.
"Well, who do we have here then" he thought to himself. Could this man know anything about him and his past, he doubted it as he looked like he was here for a fight. If so, how could he refuse. Granted there didnt seem to be a need to fight but Chaser had been feeling frustrated as of late and decided he needed to let off some steam.
"Hello there, sorry if you were only here for a chat, but i need to vent." He said as he gathered his chakra and slammed his hand down on the ground before him. Releasing the earth chakra, he creates several pillars of earth that rise up from the ground rapidly.

Description: This jutsu causes gigantic pillars of rock to forcefully emerge from the ground. This is a even greater scaled Earth Release: Rising Spikes and is large enough to impale a summoning technique.
He makes two of them form at the base of the river bed to shoot up out of the water at an angle to collide with the figure as well as one more rise up at an angle behind him for a three point collision with his opponent at the center. Immediately, Chaser makes a single handseal and gathers up a large amount of fire chakra in his lungs and jumps up into the air backwards, expelling three large balls of fire directed at the center of the earth pillars where the man was standing

Gajeel strolled out of the trees towards the river, just looking to settle down out of the way when he noticed someone across from him. Great. Just what he wanted, some hyped up brat who just wanted to try his luck. How annoying. As he thought this the pillars would shoot up around him. Without moving, Gajeel would release his chakra around him, releasing a surge of steel blades from his body that would shatter the pillars with ease and hold at mid range around Gajeel.

Description: The user will release a surge of chakra through his body releasing it outwards releasing a blast of steel chakra all around his body to short range in the form of 1000's of tiny steel razor blades with next to no gaps around each one, shooting out at the speed of an shot arrow, they then hold their place in the dome shape for one turn and drop to the ground around the user, which can they be used as a source of steel for future use.
Note: Useable 4 times
Note: Two turns between uses

As he says this the man is jumping in the air releasing fire towards Gajeel, holding out his hand, he controls the steel so it looks like it's in a liquid form, now A rank in power once more through shape manipulation, forming a wave that shoots forwards. The fire would hit the steel in an explosion of smoke, blocking the man's vision. Out of this smoke the steel would continue B rank in power aiming to wrap around his entire body binding him, as gajeel release his control so suddenly the entire weight brings the man crashing to the ground with enough force to cause internal damage.

Description: This is quite a unique version of steel release using precise chakra control to execute it. The user will release their chakra into steel they control and change it's density. Unlike other jutsu this doesn't apply heat to do so, but instead an extreme chakra control while thinking of the flow of water release. It will almost look like mercury which is in it's liquid form and through this jutsu the user will control the steel. They will control it using hand gestures pushing the steel around in a fluid like motion, yet it will still be solid, just controlled like it's a fluid. This makes it easier to trap people, but at the same time this has another use.
Note: Useable 4 times, last 3 turns per use but only works on existing steel the user has made or is devoid of chakra.
Note: Changing the shape, direction and other control of a steel construct takes up another jutsu of the users per turn after the initial use of this.
Note: This does not effect the strengths and weaknesses of steel, it's just advanced shape manipulation.

Whilst in the air, having a vantage point for but a moment, Chaser saw how his opponent expertly defended against his earth pillars with what seemed to be steel that materialized from his own body. "What the hell...." he thought to himself after releasing his fire technique "What have I gotten myself into." Before he could ponder on it further, his vision got obscured by a cloud of smoke as his fire bullets collided with something. Realizing that being in mid-air was probably not the best place to be, he gathers up his chakra and releases it outwards, creating 1 cube of earth underneath him and 1 more cube to his side.
(Doton: Ukiwagan no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Floating Ring Rock Technique

Description: The user focuses his chakra and channels into the earth to create 2 large floating rock cubes 2 meters squared. The cubes rotate around the user to either defend him from incoming attacks (he needs to direct them using hand movements towards the attack and each cube has a C-rank strength) or, through using the momentum created by the rotation, be flung at the enemy with incredible speed.
Utilizing the cube he created below he uses it as a make-shift platform to jump up to the other cube and from there he launches off to regain his vision on his opponent, now more to the side, at this point he only has one cube left rotating around him, which with a swift gesture of his left hand he flings it off towards the blue-cloaked man. Immediately after he flings it, he gathers up his wind chakra into his right hand and punches it forward, adapting it into a form of wave to push the cube along faster then it was traveling, at the same time pushing Chaser back further a little

whilst moving backwards in the air and beginning to descend over the river bank, Chaser gathers up his fire chakra again and with a single hand seal releases the chakra before him into 10 balls of dancing flames which he begins to send them towards the man, with flamboyant and swift gestures of his hands.
