i say 7th gate would be close to ay if guy went 8th he would possibly top ay but at the cost of his life i doubt he would do it. the thing is its hard to judge we need them to have a fight it would be a pretty insane fight

what if he took off the weights on his legs? it's never been revealed that he had weights but assuming that that he did because rock lee wanted to train and be like him, i would say if he had weights on and took them off he could probably match A's speed and gate levels 3-4...but if he doesnt have weights than its most deffinantly gate levels 5-6.

I bet 8th gate also increase his speed cous its told its pushes to the limit...

I think Gai is naturally faster than A, but because A uses lighting to increase his abilities he is faster.
