But everything gaiden sasuke us doing is hype it things we've done before, I still prefer war arc sasuke battle wise. But gaiden sasuke shows more maturity and care than the sasuke in the past. I think all gaiden characters have matured a bit, that's what I like the most

Sasuke already surpassed Madara in skill. During the final battle the Kyuubi said Sasuke's chakra control is on the Sage's level, now he's developed his Rinnegan far enough to teleport to Kaguya's dimensions which only Kaguya was shown to be able to do.

On top of that he can use multiple elements with his Susano'o - Enton,and Lightning,and he can use Preta Path while having Susano'o activated whereas Madara never used any elements with his Susano,and specifically said he couldn't use Preta Path while having Susano'o activated.
