Hanabi's tensiegan only vanished after toneri was defeated , if given more time with the eyes it would've regained its power and the only reason it happend was due to stoneri's inexperience with the eyes and the circumstances he faced before and after the alter was destroyed by hinata and naruto.
Hanabi simply needs to reawaken the eyes , in the same way kakashi had to with ms since the chakra of toneris body/brain has already merged with the chakra of hanabis eyes to create the tensiegan like in the process of a sharingan being awakened from base or similar in concept to the rinnegan , Even hamura who had tenseigan was shown with byakugan eyes when he appeared showing that tensiegan can be deactivated.
Hanabi eyes still has the chakra of the tensiegan like any rinnegan or unlocked ms would and she's already the original owner of the eyes and is a part of the pure blooded branch of the hyuga main-family so she has the exact requirements which includes hamura's direct chakra in her body , along with a toneris otsuki chakra in her byakugan which was used to morph it into tensiegan.
