Sasuke has a right arm
Akatsuki guy with eyeballs used his kid or whatever he is as a human shield
Chouchou likes crisps
Something seems slightly off with Sakura - her expression seems more frail and she's sweating more than after previous battles and other characters (my guess is something happened between now and 699, possibly while she was pregnant with Sarada)
The little minion thing with the single massive sharingan seems capable of speech and independant thought (that is what is shown - someone unknown may be controlling it as we have previously been shown that they are used as tools)
They tore off Naruto's chakra arm when they teleported
We see eight little shins (could be more not shown) holding oversized kunai with extra width
The room they teleported to - the ground seems to be natural outdoor ground, hard soil, or rock, but there are wide control panels with neat arrangements of buttons and keyboards and there are cables and lamps hanging from the ceiling - looks like new tech for NarutoVerse

There is a very high chance at least one person was off panel with Sakura in the last few pages
The organ for transplant appears to be a liver, which is where Sakura punched
