If Tsunade hits you your done and nobody go throughs a battle without getting hit. Throw in the her regeneration ability which she stated in the manga that as long as she fighting she unkillable.

Its been shown that its going to be hard to kill Tsuande in battle but Gai in 7 gates might do it. His strength and speed has grown to crazy amounts and I doubt she will be able to hit him. If Gai can speed blitz with repeated k.o techs then he wins, but it would be a long fight

she doesnt need speed on if he goes in to punch her she can hold him and couinterattack. tsunade is currently the physically strongest person in naruto aside from bm cape form naruto. and she tanked yasaka magatama, susanoo blada,kusanji sword and a lightning shredding teleportation technique. i think she can handle gai.

If Gai can't defeat her by the time the 7th gate wares out, he's done. If Tsunade can pull off that technique she used on Kabuto, odds are Gai will be imobile for a good while.

Gai needs a fatal blow on Tsunade, meaning a devestating headshot. If Tsunade use creation rebirth, based on the last chapter, that's what he's going to need to finish her off.

However Tsunade has now shown herself worthy of being a Kage and being able to hold her own with OP monsters, if not only for a while, and lets face it, Gai's gates don't last long, only long enough for him to use his one shot techniques and then is rendered exhausted afterwards.

I say Tsunade. Obvious her monster strength and regeneration in addition to the fact that she scramble the nervous system, and her endurance is incredible (she wasn't supposed to be able to breathe during her fight with kabuto but she was and that's before creation rebirth), she has the uzumaki longevity and senju's body of the sage.
In Seventh Gate Guy is extremely fast and strong. The problem? Gai doesn't teleport like Minato so if Tsunade Punches the ground Gai will launch in the air the same problem the raikage would have faced. You cannot really maneuver in the air. SO he essentially has to get a devasting headshot in or hopes her huge chakra reserves are depleted before his.

Guy would probably make the mistake of using the 7th gate before mitotic regeneration wears off and wind up too exhausted to move while Tsunade heals off any damage she took. If its just base forms fighting tho, i think tsunade takes this very high dif.

It doesn't matter how many times Gai hits her,she can recover from any damage with his regeneration,Gai would clearly die from fatigue.People must stop underrating Tsunade.
