In a one-on-one battle w/ gate eight already open, could he take on a bijuu? Multiple Bijuu?

Gai wankers chill out tailed beast cannot die so he'll tire himself out and die. How is he going to make tailed beast pets when he cannot defeat them? He tries to fight them without 8gates he gets nuked off the planet. Goes 8gates punch them a couple times then he dies,
