I'll agree with the second scan, but not the first simply because he met with Obito straight after he rested...it was probably the same day so I don't see how that scan relates to the fight with Bee
I'm pretty sure he took worse against Deidara and he still fought Itachi afterwards..Thing is, Injuries didn't affect him that much tbh..they didn't seem to slow him down or anything..I don't see how that would have changed a thing in the Bee fight..considering the same happened with Itachi after he fought Deidara

I have brought out this point as well, many times in fact that the chakra built-up for Amaterasu is pretty damn fast that even Nagato couldn't sense it.
