No special attcks by Gai.. like the fire punches, tiger, elephant and dragon..

No Ninjutsu or Doujutsu.
Who wins.

I'm guessing we're talking about war arc gai and not wheelchair gai lol, but adult Sasuke and naruto take this easy. They're both already extremely adept at taijutsu and with using weapons by that point, so as strong as gai is he couldn't take them both like that

If Gai is allowed to open 8 gate he wins. If no gate is allowed duo wins.

well gai will probably win still if it's pure tai and kinjutsu only. He was tai specialist. His striking speed is really godly so in close quaters which this fight is, he has the edge. If jubi jin madara couldn't deal with him in taijutsu then we can safely assume he beats these two as well. Duo's only shot is at tanking and outlasting. Which naruto might do with regeneration if he still has it.
