Intel: Manga
Scenario 1: Armless Orochimaru. Gai can go up to Fiftth Gate. No boss summons.
Scenario 2: Zetsu Orochimaru. No Edo Tensei. Gai can go upbto 7th Gate
Scenario 3: No restrictions. Gai can go tobEith Gate. Oro start with the four Edo Hokage Summoned. Gai have acess to basic seals. If Oro dies first it will be counted as a win for Gai.

Scenario 1: Orochimaru because with sealed arms he already gave Tsunade and Jiraiya trouble
Scenario 2: Gai
scenario 3: tied because the Hokage are there too

Scenario 1: Orochimaru would win. Considering a direct hit from Tsunade only slowed him down (if it did anything at all) and Gai's strenght with only four gates open doesn't compare to Tsunade's, i'd say this should be a breeze for Orochimaru.

Scenario 2: In this scenario i think Orochimaru would need to regurgitate once after Gai used Hirudora on him. But that would only stall the fight since Orochimaru can come back more often than Gai can use Hirudoram, plus, the later is not a technique that can be used in quick succession.

Scenario 3: This one would be a draw. 8 gates solo.

Scenario 1 : I'm not quite sure. Orochimaru tanked Tsunade's hit in this form, Gai in 5th gate probably wouldn't be enough to take him down. But I don't see Orochimaru hurting Gai either. Probably Gai wins though.

Scenario 2 : Gai takes this, Hirudora gg.

Scenario 3 : Orochimaru loses, he can't control Hashirama its manga fact. Hashirama and Gai teams up on his ass.

8 gates guy wins scenario every scenario

Orochimaru wins the first as soon as 8 branches comes out.

Second? 7th Gate trumps. Manda and 8 Branches are non factors before AT not to mention Oro who transforms into 8 branches would be caught up in it.. Even so, Oro gets shitstomped once they are gone. Mayfly isn't a factor because Oro needs his snakes to sense but they'll get killed if they aren't underground with him so I don't know what hide and seek would be doing for him here when he won't be sensing. Either way he loses since coming overground gets him killed.

Last scenario is a sure win.
