Since it's full Intel MS Obito can just go intangible and wait for Guy to kill himself unless the EE goes on for Five consecutive Minutes and even then Obito just uses Izanagi. Guy is way stronger but Obito can counter him with his ability.

Juubito wins the Second Scenario. Guy can't get past the Truth Seeking Balls.
