I saying Minato mentally reacted to Ay ma boi, the scans show no phytical reaction. Gai has hiridao (spelling) which he used without gates against Madara, this blows any kunia thrown his way.

lmao I will until there are manga scans illustrating this. One cannot simply come to conclusions when there are other things to consider in a given situation. That's more ridiculous than guesswork, I'd fail classes with that logic

Mental reaction comes first and then your body brings about movement so I see what you're trying to say.

However, Minato's the fastest in the manga so he'll easily be able to physically react to anything Gai throws at him.

Minato wins but I don't think it's a stomp either. Gai's base speed allowed him to react to Haku in Ice Mirrors, and Haku's insanely fast in Mirrors. The shockwaves produced from using Gates blows away all incoming & surrounding marked kunai but FTG still lets Minato dodge any attack.

It's not necessarily about his speed, but rather his reaction time accuracy. His base speed allowed him to react to the mechanics of Kamui. Something Minato used ftg pretty every time. As stated in my initial post. Minato wins HIGH difficulty considering toads, etc. That's basically it lol

There is an obvious difference between traveling on foot (even in Naruto) and the shunshin. IIRC, it was actually stated to be a method of S/T
