[VS] Gai vs Itachi ... GAI IS THE WINNER, UNDENIABLE

First of all, i'm not saying that gai is overall stronger than itachi, since itachi is top 10 for me and gai is not.Is just Gai is the perfect bad matchup.


ITACHI'S TUSUKUYOMI: Gai loooks at the opponent's legs to fight, he doesn't make eye contact.

ITACHI'S AMATERASU: Gai in 7th gate has shown that he's so fast that he could make fire of the friction with the air, so gai is fast enough to dodge amateerasu

ITACHI'S SUSANOO: Gai aleready showed that Hirudora > Incomplete susanoo , and itachi can't use complete susanoo for a long time, Gai can dodge complete susanoo's atacks and use hirudora when the susanoo gets smaller.

So if Gai and Itachi fight, Gai is probably the winner.

Yeah, if Kisame was nearly a match for Itachi, I have no doubt Gai could beat Itachi. But I'm not sure Hirudora could get through if he used susanoo. But yeah. Gai with Extreme difficulty.

Itachi didn't hit Sasuke because he wasn't trying to.

That being said, a gated gai runs way too fast for Itachi to use amaterasu or tsukuyomi on him.

Are you freaking kidding me? Itachi was endeavouring to kill Sasuke? Amaterasu follows line of sight, hence he was keeping his eye in Sasuke's wake rather than focusing it on him. If this isn't clear to you even at this point in the manga, then I don't know what to say.

A charged his lightening armour to the max AND used Body flicker to barely step out of the way. If one isn't looked at the eyes, how is he evading anything? And when he does, he is put under genjutsu through Shringan or even Itachi's fingers. Gai has no chance here from the get go, as two eyes offer two deadly doujutsus that render both defenses for avoidance useless.

itachi cant put him under genjutsu because he wont be looking at him in the eyes and he cant hit with amaterasu what he cannot see. also what makes you think A barely dodged amaterasu, from what i've seen he dodged it with ease. 7th gated gai is too fast for itachi he wont be able to read his movements and his stamina is too low to spam MS techs. Gai would win, whether you like it or not
