Sure guy might be able to kill Manda II but when it came to Guy using the eighth gate on a high level opponent he was only able to break madara's arm. Even the seventh or so gate could barely kill Kisame without going into shark mode. Guy is just out of Kabuto's league. Inside a cave white rage wins and outside Manda II + any sage mode jutsu wins. He could even chick it old school and destroy guy's sense of movement and watch someone in the eighth gate flail as he doesn't know if he's moving his arms or legs. It's been proven Kabuto was on Guy and Kakashi's level since part one and I haven't seen Guy or Kakashi get a game changer since. ?
