i dont think its a tie when your opponent doesnt die from your attack

a legit tie would be when both opponents land their attacks on each other and they both die as a result of the other's attacks

No, it's still a tie because you had to commit suicide in order to kill the opponent. If both shinobis are dead at the end-it's a tie.

after one hit from evening elephant Tsunade would be like tomato sauce so im sure she wont be able to regenarate from that.
