Gai could win Since his speed is space bending, unless amenotejikara saves sasuke since he can spam it now until gai`s gates run out, and then its Amaterasu blade slash and Gai gets cuts in Half and dies. Or sasuke can just avoid Gai until the gates run out and Gai dies by himself.

Sasuke doesn't have the regenerative abilities as Madara. Sasuke can use ameno but even if it takes a lot of chakra while Gai's speed is on par with it and his ability to absorb ninjutsu is useless against Gai. All he has is CT but even so Gai just might finish him before he gets pulled in.
