There is no ranking for Base Gai or Gates Gai. Don't know why You guys rank a characters transformed state. Gai is still Gai. He can beat nearly all of NV. He's not a stupid character, he just isn't the type to make strategies. He will pummel you without a second thought. Akatsuki gets obliterated by him. No one can trace his movements since he has combat and running speed.

Im keeping it strictly 100, no wanking or anything. Itachi is overrated. Susanoo boasts ultimate defense yet got blasted by Tsunade. Heck, Danzos wind techniques blew Sasukes Susanoo. What makes you think Gai wouldn't blast it to oblivion?

I admit some characters will blow him away, but he is without a doubt top 10 if not top 5. Gai has never held back against anyone.
