Attempting to compare Saitama to others is difficult though. People put him against Goku, Superman and the likes, all of whom have more feats than Saitama, with said feats being greater than his own showing, but in the other end, you'll have people arguing that he's not meant to be defeated and stuff.

By feats, he does defeat Guy though, maybe its like Boros and he got wrecked around a bit but if you take Boros's planetary destruction statement as true fact, he's above 99% of the Narutoverse.
