Gai might Die! We all thought it...But heres my simple opinion

Gai and Lee both have a skill we haven't seen..
The release of the 8th gate

The 8th gate causes death.

And Gai has gone all out thus far.

Even though the anime is behind the manga.
The manga shows that both Kakashi and Gai have gone all out in the war thus far.
WTF do we expect to happen now?
Naruto's chakra will only do so much.
And Neji JUST DIED!

Pay attention to the many Gai references. The direction, the statue dropped on Kiba's foot, the many taijutsu training montages, and the ending completely.

Here's why I think shit gets real for Gai sensei in the near future. Say your goodbyes fanboys and fangirls.
If my opinion is right...Kishi may have done this in reference to the future as he does in many openings and endings.

You do realize that its highly possible considering the actions that have happened.
Gai is a character thats as much of a reference able character as Kakashi is in Naruto.

Just as Sasuke is to Naruto. It aint Naruto but he has is a key part in the main characters life. And in the thought of it all...why shine on Gai so hard in a ep based on the war?

Look at DBZ...its based on Goku...but how many characters do people favor over the main?

Kishi wouldnt just poster-rize Gai for no reason like that with EVERYONE following his ways of living and by his guidance? Even ninjas we havent seen Gai train following his ways with him being the ending smile. Everyone was acting all Gai ish.

I'm expecting him to die because of the 8th gate and Rock Lee being another him to take his place but I don't really think this ending is a hint to Gai dieing. By the time the anime gets to the manga,there will most likely be another opening and ending. Kishi doesn't even make the ending of the anime, does he?

It would give a reason for naruto to do a 10 minute speech on friendship/ hardship and how bee helped. Lol

I agree. Gai will die via 8 gates.

This is my opinion:

Lee will be fighting against Madara, and the Juubi will enter its Stage 3....breaking out of the Shadow Po ssession snare, and just before a taken by surprise Lee is Gedo Stomped, Gai will catch the blow with one hand....in 8 Gates mode like a boss. Gai will probably say something like, "I won't lose another one of my precious students," (the fact he says precious will be a reference to how the 8 Gates were origionally restricted from Lee unless he had to protect something precious to him). Gai will then stall the Juubi with rediculous powered, ending with something like Twilight Dragon, and after that Sasuke and the Hokage will arrive!

I wouldn't be surprised if the anime is some form of indirect homage to his soon passing. Though I'd say the fact the 8th Gate hasn't been shown is more proof than the ending XD

I agree with you, In my opinoun Kakashi,Gai and Bee are gonna die as Neji in the battlefield, my proof is that as someone
else said all naruto"s sensei dies from Asuma to Jiraiya and now it"s they"re turn.
