I love it, There was not a thing he could do, he got some aid but I doubt he really needed it, he was too fast and Madara kept getting looks of "OH SH%T" And just busted right through his black sphere. Madara looks quite pleased but also internally damaged (but oh wait, bullcrap regenerating, hurrah...) and says he hasn't got this excited since harashima. Considering Madara is currently FAR above the first hokage and Gai is giving him this feeling, Gai is also far above harashima for the moment.


I cannot wait to see this in the anime. They better not fudge it up with 3rd grade animations like they did in the pain fight.

Healing =/= more powerful, just means more cheap. Plenty of people where more powerful than Majinbuu, he wore them down because he kept regenerating.

So true. Those blacks orbs were a second away from taking off gai's face before Mianto jumped in. Why would Kishi waste that panel time if Gai didn't need the help?

I still do not think Gai is superior to Madara or Equal to Madara yet.

Madara power also comes from the fact that he can use the Susano. His susano itself rivals the tailed beasts all together and is Destruction Incarnate.

He have not even used that yet =/.

If Gai manages to go on par on that gigantic monstrosity then maybe yes.
