Gai connected with madaras rib cage were his heart was. Ridoku madara only survived because he wasn't human. But still admitted to almost dying. Madaras left side was blown out . That means his heart n left lung were obliterated. Now with that being said naruto has healing abilities to an extent. If naruto suffered that same wound naruto heart n left lung would be obliterated. Naruto and the dark kyuubi cannot heal hos heart back and all the bones and a brand new shoulder etc. Naruto would die and everyone else would die aswell.

You might as well say that Gai is > every single shinobi in NV because he did the most damage to Madara..
