Well, Minato, by all indications, is more skilled with it. For instance, Hiruzen requires physical contact, Minato does not. Hiruzen struggled to seal Orochimaru, Minato sealed half of Kurama, who's chakra far outweighs Orochimaru's.

Heck no! I don't count them because a top 10 is about who's stronger. A suicide technique does not make one "stronger" than another person. It's mutual destruction, meaning it only makes one equal others normally far ahead, which is why suicide techniques should not be considered.

Here's a fun fact, Minato could use RDS to seal Guy's ability to use the gates, leaving only base Guy to deal with, who can be easily killed by Minato.

for any true vs debate you have to stay true to the character at hand oh it would be pure fanboyism shouting out ninja techs. a characters battle style and personality is a big part of a fight as much as their techs are so i can safely say that guy would not jump to 8th gate unless he had no choice but to do so

as for 8th gate being stronger than any we have seen is hard for me to say at this point as i haven't seen it but i will say that its better in this situation as the gates uses only pure taijutsu unlike susano or bm but that doesnt mean 8th gate would beat the other two i do believe it is as good as any of the strong modes within naruto
