I mean we already saw the advanced zetsu like arm Naruto had but now that robo limbs are being used they better get Gai out of the wheel chair. I mean Ao actually had a robo leg so the technology is out there. Sasuke also better get a new arm of some kind. It has been long enough for his so called redemption but having one arm looks awkward and if he really feels it is his responsibility to protect the world from high level threats he would be downright irresponsible not to be as strong as possible and having one arm is a liability any way you look at it.

Gai ain't compatible with Zetsu for a Zetsu leg. But he can or should be able to get a shin leg.

Gai injury isnt just about the leg, he suffered dmg from the 8 gates.

Robot leg is real. Ao is pracitally a cyborg or full mental shinobi. But idk if any mechanical limbs would be able to withstand the power behide gais attacks i know for sure its wouldnt work in gate 6 to 8. Unless it some vibranium
