This is quite hard. It all depends if they can release genjutsu. Lee and gai tend to not be on the bright side and maybe lee didn't learn how to release it and only knows tai. Kurenai could just trap them in a genjutsu and have asuma do them off. But if they can then team youth wins.

If Lee was caught in genjutsu he could open a gate and the sudden chakra burst would get him released. Lee could take Kurenai with moderate ease and Gai would have trouble with Asuma but eventually he would take him down with at least 5 gates open
