Pretty sure Itachi can hold up his Susano'o longer than Gai can sustain the 7th Gate. I think team two can take it imo

Minato and Itachi win. Mid/High diff
--Kisame isn't really a threat here, as he can't use any of his large scale techniques without guy being affected. An he isn't besting either of the 2 in CQC not when he's slower than both of them when he gets blitzed by minato and mind raped by itachi who gets teleported right at him to finish him off quickly
--Guys 7G is good and all but Itachi has already shown the use of V4 susnaoo which is more than enough to tank hirudora, and would only waste guys stamina during the gates where itachi would be completely safe considering that V4 is pretty much an armor covering V3
- Minato can also somewhat counter guy through the use his clones to either:
>spread them out to divert guys attention away, place markings and prolonging his use of gates
>use his clones to eventually surround guy whch can enable him into landing a tag on him
- Minato can also protect itachi from hirudora by teleporting him out of hirudoras AOE, once he spreads his markings
--With all the above being considered guy simply has too much on his hands to take out a Susanoo user and an FTG user together
