Kakashi and Gai take Scenario 1: Oro and Jiraiya are Kamui'd away. Tsunade is self explanatory.
They still lose Scenario 2 though.

Both Gai and Kakashi are much much stronger than the Sannin individually. Team Gai and Kakashi win in both scenario. Gai's speed is too much to handle
