Kakashi counters them with shadow clones and blocking the eyesight with mud wall.

Itachis susanno is entered from underground with a ration clone who gets hit on purpose which will paralyze itachis body and this leaves an opening for a final blow.

if he wastes amaterasu and tsykomi on clones he will be forced to go in susanno which can be entered with hiding like a mole.

Kakashi is a non-factor as he will be put in Tsukuyomi right when the fight starts, and in an even easier way than in part 1 because he has no Sharingan.

Gai would win if he had 7 Gates, but considering he's alone with just 6 Gates, Itachi wins.
