Taijutsu* is hardly the weakness of someone who can heal from a stab with a blade in an instant.

Don't compare katana single stab with the 8 gates attack. If there is any taijutsu matching hashirama thousand Hand Buddha punch, it will be only mighty Gai morning peacock. The picture below only using 6 gates. Try to imagine the 8 gate morning peacock.
