Hirudura is enough to defeat Ay. It was able to destroy madara's version 3 susanoo(without legs).It should be able to take out Ay as well.

Ay's body is strong enough to survive being ripped to shreds via mabui's transportation technique.
Kisame has no defensive feats that can compare to that, yet gai's hirudora was not able to rip him to shreds.
Ay's durability > kisame's, & kisame survived the attack at point blank range so it will do minimal damage to the raikage.
- 7th gate guy can fire it from close range to prevent Ay from dodging
Gai isn't blitzing Ay, they both have lightning fast reflexes so they are not surprising eachother.

Point? Gai get's crushed by that same susanoo.
- Guys attacks aren't linear like Ay.
None of gai's punches are doing any severe damage.
- Guy has speed, strength and skill while Ay might have speed and strength in spades but his skill is below guy's.
Just because gai has better taijutsu skill than Ay doesnt mean that Ay doesn't have any skill in the category. Raikage is a taijutsu master himself [he incorporates taijutsu with his ninjutsu] so having less skill isn't the determining factor here, having the strength behind your punch is what's important [since they have similar speed & skill].
