If we are talking about KCM Naruto i think Gai takes him , people just think he can only resort to Hirudora when he hasnt even moved using the 7th gate . If we are talking about BM Naruto he gets stomped

Gai has only used hirudora in situations where he can't move, the dude is a genius - he invented a ranged taijutsu.
7th gate speed/strength/power & battle sense > naruto KCM
Gai's melee damage would far surpass his hirudora.

Seeing as Gai would probably break every bone in his body in the fight, I'd say BM Naruto, if he can avoid or endure Gai's attacks for some duration
And I'd say 10 consecutive TBB could beat hirudora

Gai doesn't have Rock Lee durability. He only gets tired after fights, after which he fully recovers good as new. The guy is a whole different beast. In gates, his skin can resist hypersonic flame producing air friction with no visible damage.

Gai wouldn't use hirudora if he has mobility to move around and engage Naruto more closely. He is a taijutsu master after all.
