To start off I am not saying Kagetsuchi trumps any of these techniques, but how most them can't stop Kagetsuchi's penetration ability. 
Enton or Blaze release is the strongest of all nature elements it is fire deprives of all weaknesses and its highest form and with Sasuke's Chakra control it becomes an even more frightening tool. Sasuke specializes in weaponizing chakra. (hardening and shaping chakra so that it acts like weapon)
A prime example on this technique is chidori spear and Kagetsuchi, but kagetsuchi is stronger.
Gaara's sand>Kagetsuchi
A lot of people say that Gaara's special sand can not be burned by Amaterasu and they are kind of right.
My theory is that black flames have a hard time burning through chakra. Specifically high concentrations of chakra. Gaara's sand is the product of compressing Gaara's mothers body and soul into pure chakra in the form of sand. This extremely high chakra concentration makes Gaara's sand flame retardant.
Kagetsuchi>Lightning chakra shield
Amaterasu can pretty much burn all physical objects very quickly, but it remained on Ay for a while without burning his arm clear off, this is the event that first gave me the thought that high concentration of chakra hinder black flames. The reason why It took so long for the black flames to burn through Ay's arm was because of the high concentration of chakra in Ay's Charka shield.
Still this only hindered the flames it did not stop them and if Amaterasu can get through it which is not concentrated, then Kagetsuchi can definitely get through it.
Lightning Shield>Kyuubi chakra cloak(KCC)
Apart from reducing the shockwaves, blocking kunai, and blocking a wide range fire attack.
The KCC has not blocked any heavy physical damage, it has been burned by a lava attack, and a clone donning the KCC was destroyed by a mini bijuu bomb shockwave.
This information alone lets us know that the KCC pales to the lightning shield in terms of defense meaning it also can not protect against Kagetsuchi.
