Lets start simple
I begin the battle by gather my sand under your feet and cause a stream of sand to be created and bring you towards me. It drags your feet and throws you off balance. Hidden within the sand river was specialized sticky sand that stuck on you and allows me to know your location at all times. As your get dragged towards me, i reach in my pouch and grab three kunai and imbue them with wind chakra, making them sharper, i then hurl them towards you.

I am starting to being drag towards you I make three clones come out the ground from the sides of the sand towards you. Thx to my Akat ring I don't need to perform genjutsu with no hand seals. You wouldn't know this is a genjutsu or any other genjutsu I used in this move, you would think it is nothing but clones rising from the ground from me planning this before hand. But one of the clones coming from the ground is a clone made of cherry blossoms. they all jump towards you and explode but the only one with the cherry blossoms explodes really and disrupts your sight. As I start to lose my balance, a chain from my right sleeve come out fast and wraps around one of the white pole things. I chains starts to retract brining me close to the pole thing while my clones are running at you. I grab onto the platform and stands looking down on you.(no this doesn't require a jusu since it is just another tool like a kunai). I throw a kunai at you which is infused with lightning chakra(this basically what Kakashi did in the manga). As I throw the kunai and your vision is disrupted, I jump off the building running through the town leaving the village(this is just to mix up the rping in the battle and not just stand around spamming jutsus back to back).

Whilst my vision is blocked i hear the sound of 1000 birds, though i cant see so i release a gust of wind from the chakra concentrated in the air that is used to merely redirect the kunai in a different direction(Not towards you)

Once the cherry blossoms go away, i notice you have gone. I preform a hand-seal, suppress my chakra signals and jump from the hokage building and begin looking around for you, walking dow the road of the kage mansion keeping in the shadows.

I look at you while throwing my barrel down onto the ground. While it is raining your sand on me gets wet and drains off me and the sand earlier on the hokage building is wet also. The sand on your back is also getting wet and this makes it slower and harder for you to control.

As it begins raining, i jump on roof top. Once i see you, i jump from roof top to roof top towards you. As i do, i preform the Tiger → Dog → Monkey → Snake → Boar → Tiger hand-seals and take control over the moisture surrounding the sensor sand that was on you. Once i have control over it, i cause the sand grains to move towards your face and lodge right into you right eye, two sand grain goes into your pupil and cause a alot of discomfort. I am not controlling the sand itself, but the moisture that is completely surrounding the sand. (It said in wiki that this jutsu works EXACTLY like i control my own sand:
