I hope your not denying a manga fact. Elders in Sunagakure said the 3rd was the best Kazekage in the history of Sunagakure, and that was when Gaara had Shukaku. Shukaku Gaara > War arc Gaara. Unless you beg to differ.

DB fact that Iron Sand = Regular Sand. Iron Sand is only limited to the users imagination, so any regular sand feat Gaara has, the 3rd has it as well. Plus the 3rd can make any amount of Iron Sand he wishes too.
